After a year long process, Dresden has its newest subdivision in 20 years. Contractors Dave Depencier and Rob Vanderydt told the Leader, "This has been an amazing learning curve and they are excited about breaking ground at Fairport Heights in Dresden.

Riversite Realty's, Fran Martin, will be Fairport's exclusive realtor and she is also looking forward to getting houses into the new subdivision. The first home should be up and moved into before Christmas rolls around. There will be 19 spacious lots available with the average being 55 x 110, and some will be larger depending on locations. Crews will be working to get all utilities in as quickly as possible.
