Cardiac Monitoring System Campaign

Launched in November 2010, the Foundation of CKHA’s Cardiac Monitoring System Campaign is a $1 million fundraising campaign to support the recent purchase of a new cardiac monitoring system for CKHA’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Installed in November 2011, the new cardiac monitoring system features twelve bedside units that monitor a patient’s heart rate, pulse oximetry, blood pressure, invasive blood pressure and respiratory rates. This much-needed system is essential for the basic care of every patient who requires the services and care provided by CKHA’s ICU.

To date, more than $633,500 has been raised for the Foundation of CKHA’s Cardiac Monitoring System Campaign.

About the Chatham-Kent Home Builders’ Association Inc.

The Chatham-Kent Home Builders’ Association was chartered in 1959 and has been serving the needs of the residential building community in Chatham Kent ever since.

We were founded so our Members could participate with both the Canadian and Ontario Home Builders Associations. These upper tier organizations provide our members with the educational material and training courses that are necessary for them to provide some of the most technically advanced housing systems in the world.

We hold regular monthly meetings which feature speakers demonstrating new products, procedures and updates on building code issues and local/provincial regulations
